With DVSA-approved instructors, flexible lesson plans, and deep knowledge of local test routes, we help beginners and nervous drivers pass with confidence. Our Courses
Start your driving journey today with expert instructors by your side.
Apply for a Provisional Licence
• Age 17+ (16 for mopeds)
• Apply online at GOV.UK or via post (D1 form)
• Have your passport‑style photo, ID and (Pay Fee Online)
Prepare for the Theory Test
• Study the Highway Code, road signs & DVSA Theory Test app
• Book the test at GOV.UK (Pay Fee Online)
• Pass both the multiple‑choice section (43/50) and hazard‑perception video clips (44/75)
Take Professional Driving Lessons
• Book with Black Bulls: manual or automatic, beginner to intensive
• Log regular practice with a DVSA‑approved instructor
• Optional private practice with a fully‑insured, 21‑plus supervisor in a dual‑controlled car
Track Your Progress & Do Mock Tests
• Cover manoeuvres, independent driving, night & motorway skills
• Complete at least 40–50 hours (average learner)
• Instructor will run mock tests on local exam routes (SW6, SW19, KT1, etc.)
Book the Practical Driving Test
• Choose your nearest test centre and a date that suits (currently 8–12 week wait)
• Pay (weekday) or (evening/weekend)
Take & Pass the Practical Test
• 40‑minute drive: vehicle safety questions, general driving, reversing, independent driving (sat‑nav or signs)
• No more than 15 driver faults and zero serious or dangerous faults
Get Your Full UK Licence
• Pass certificate issued on the spot
• DVSA automatically sends your photocard licence within ~2 weeks
• Celebrate your freedom on the road!• No more than 15 driver faults and zero serious or dangerous faults
Enhance Your Skills (Optional)
• Pass Plus, motorway or refresher courses for cheaper insurance and extra confidence.
